We have partnered with two of China‘s largest lithium-ion battery manufacturers, Ganfeng Lithium (a Listed company) &
GREAT POWER (a Listed company), and have been supplying lithium-ion battery cells for various applications to the Indian market.
However, from the perspective of environmental protection, the collection and recycling of lithium-ion batteries has
been mandated by ministerial ordinance, and it has become necessary to set up a recycling plant. Therefore, we have
restructured our business structure and will expand our investment scale together with our business partners, Chinese
manufacturers.

Intelligent toilets
INTELET Inc. is a company specializing in this business model, which is to install clean and safe intelligent toilets in each
state of India. At the same time, cryptocurrency will be distributed to users, mainly children, as points for each toilet
use, actively promoting humanitarian aid to children.
The business
model will be promoted through collaboration between ETARN TOKEN and ACDs, an environmental protection NGO.
